On the day of Pentecost, the apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to proclaim the Good News boldly (Acts 2). They also started to performed signs and wonders in the name of Jesus and many people came to faith.
The apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders among the people. And all the believers used to meet together in Solomon’s Colonnade. No one else dared join them, even though they were highly regarded by the people. Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number. As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. The amazing thing is that the power of the Holy Spirit is not just limited to the apostles and early church.
Today, God is still moving all around the world with great signs and wonders. Many people have witnessed & experienced God’s saving grace and healing power.
The “Healing Workshop” runs in conjunction with “Supernatural Sunday” (A Sunday service devoted to prayer for healing). The workshop will help equip believers to learn how to move through the gifts of healing. Let us believe God that many lives will be touched by the power of the Holy Spirit through this training.
