DELIGHT IN THE LORD
God wants us to love Him more each day and He will give us the desires of our hearts. Let us put God first in our lives and He will take care of all our needs.
Ps 37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Christianity is always about developing a strong healthy relationship with God rather than getting things from God. We need to get a proper and right perspective of God. Some of us think that we have to beg and twist God's arm in order to get anything good from Him. On the other hand, others think that we can get anything from God when we ask. I believe God's heart should be our hearts. God wants our hearts to be devoted to Him, responding to His love, sacrifice and commitment toward us. God is a lover who desires His children to love Him in return. We need to love God more than "things" because He knows what we need. God will give us the desires of our hearts because He loves us. Like every parents who love their children and desire to give them good things, God desires to give us good things in this life.
We need to be in love with God more than anything and He will give us the desire of our hearts.
